It is our intent and purpose to investigate, mediate and (if necessary) report any wrongdoing with regards to violations of Civil Rights to the proper authorities, news media, other Civil Rights agents and/or attorneys. (as each case may dictate and LULAC sees justifiable). It is our sincere hope that any problems or misunderstandings be resolved quickly and judiciously. However, LULAC is ready, willing and able to take as long as possible and go to any legal length to achieve the right, just and true solution to ensure that justice is upheld for and by all parties concerned. Please look into this complaint with an open mind and either resolve it with the alleged victim above or with the help of LULAC. Any and all information received with regards to this case will be available to the US Department of Justice for their evaluation and further investigation.
